General Affairs Office Shenzhen Municipal Committee of the CPPCC Visits CCSEZR

On the afternoon of April 10, 2023, Director Fang Wei, Principal Staff Member Li Wei and Qin Qin from Party Affairs Committee of Government Agencies (Personnel Division), General Affairs Office, Shenzhen Municipal Committee of the CPPCC visited CCSEZR. Director Tao Yitao, Deputy Director Li Fan and Zhang Ping and Teacher Chen Hongquan of CCSEZR attended the meeting.


Director Tao Yitao welcomed Director Fang Wei and his delegation and introduced the development history, staff and faculty, scientific research achievements, and the academic brand of CCSEZR.


Director Fang appreciated CCSEZR’s warm receipt and expressed his wish to jointly recruit and cultivate postdoctoral fellows with the Theoretical Economics Postdoctoral Station of SZU upon the recently approved Shenzhen Postdoctoral Innovation Practice Base. In particular, he pointed out that Prof. Tao had made positive contributions during her tenure as a member of the 5th and 6th CPPCC in Shenzhen, and expected more academic support from Prof. Tao and the Theoretical Economics Postdoctoral Station of SZU.


Deputy Director Li Fan introduced the development history of the Station, the research achievements of active postdoctoral fellows and the cooperation with the existing postdoctoral innovation practice bases.


Director Tao made a special presentation on the experience and academic value of the Station and the cooperative advisors in recruiting and training postdoctoral fellows with municipal postdoctoral innovation practice bases. Director Tao believed that under the guidance of relevant policies of the central government and Shenzhen, the cooperative postdoctoral fellows’ recruitment and training helps bring into fully play the advantages of theoretical research of universities and local practical experience, serve the local economic and social development of Shenzhen, and expand the academic influence of SZU.
