“World Special Economic Zone Development Forum International Conference”

      CCSEZR establishes the World Special Economic Zone Development Forum. The first conference organized by the Forum has been held in Ha Long, Quang Ninh, on 18th Mar -22 th Mar 2014.
 
      The well-know experts as well as high level government officials and enterprises CEO from china、Vietnam、the United States, Japan, Korea, India, Thailand, Singapore, etc. Around four hundred people attend the high level academic conference. Mrs. Do Thi Hoang, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Quang Ninh Provincial Party Committee and Head of the conference’s organizing board; Mr. Pham Gia Khiem, former Deputy Prime Minister of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam; Prof. Dr. Vuong Dinh Hue, member of the Party Central Committee and head of the Party Central Committee's Economic Commission; Prof. Dr. Nguyen Xuan Thang, member of the Party Central Committee and Chairman, Vietnam Academy of Social Sciences, etc, attend the conference.
 
      The themes of this conference are The construction modes of the world SEZs and the experience of China; aiming to explore how Emerging economies development can learn from the Chinese experience. The three days conference provided a platform for better communication and discussion.
 
      Prof.Tao Yitao,Vice secretary of party committee of Shenzhen university, director Of China Center for Special Economic Zone Research, she point out the successful experience of China has important reference value to Vietnam, Shenzhen is a typical representative of the founder as an success of China's special economic zones , which is product of the China 's modernization process ,further more Shenzhen is an example of the socialist countries to achieve transformation. Vietnam has the same political system background or historical experience with china, China and Vietnam both faces many of the similar problems in the process of transformation from planned economy to market economy, The SEZs have made significant and unparalleled contribution to the institutional transformation and the determination of the development path in China. Their successful construction and development mode has attracted Vietnam attention and inspires other developing countries to establish and develop their own SEZs. 
 
        The delegation of CCSEZR by the 21 –members which has 17 experts, they are: Prof. Cai Jiming, Director, Center for Political Economy at Tsinghua University; Prof. Ravni Thakur from Deli University, India; Prof. Zhuang Zongming, Director, World Economy Research Center of Xiamen University; Prof. Hao Shouyi, Dean of Binhai Research Institute in Tianjin; Prof. Yuan Yiming, Deputy Director, China Center for Special Economic Zone Research of Shenzhen University; Prof. Guo Maojia, China Center for Special Economic Zone Research of Shenzhen University; Prof. You Anshan, director, Research Center of Hong Kong and Macao of Shanghai Academy of Social Science;Prof. He Jingtong, Nankai Institute Of Economics at Nankai University;Mr. Gao Tao, Director, department of Kashi SEZ, Shenzhen headquarters of support Xinjiang; Prof. Zeng Yueying, associate dean of law school of Shenzhen University;Prof. Wang Yongcheng, Contemporary Chinese politics research institute, Dean of Graduate School of Shenzhen University; Prof.Tao Yitao,Vice secretary of party committee of shenzhen university;Prof.Wei Dazhi, The director of the Industrial economy research center of shenzhen university;Prof.Xu Jin, school of economics of shenzhen university; Associate Professor.Li Guo hua , school of economics of shenzhen university; Associate Professor.Zhao Dengfeng , school of economics of shenzhen university;Prof.Wang Susheng,Haebin institute of Tachnology Shenzhen Graduate.These experts all give the suggestions for Vietnam and Quang Ninh in particular.
 
     Mr.Wang Ting hui, Director of Vietnam National Economic Council, Member of the Party Central Committee,said:” The outcome of this conference is not only made a scientific evaluation and sharing of experiences for the construction of Van Don Economic Zone, It also inspired development patterns of “The socialist market economy”.
