罗一峰，深圳大学中国经济特区研究中心助理教授，硕士研究生导师。曾任世界银行、联合国儿童基金委员会顾问，哥伦比亚大学博士后研究员。本科毕业于浙江大学，硕士和博士毕业于哥伦比亚大学。主持美国Russell Sage 基金项目1项，国家自然科学基金1项。获得深圳第五届教学成果奖二等奖。
